Technical feature

The machine is suitable far high productivity and high efficiency comprehensive fidlv mechanized working face at medlum and thick coal seams. Unique innovating design is aiven and applied to its haulage system and intellgence control system. The manufacturing technology of the machine reaches the advanced international level.

1.Drawer type malnframe , muiti-motor modular construction, on board AC frequency converting speed regulation. SUPERTRAC chainless haulgze system.

2.The frequency converter adopts the advanced centrel technology of direct torque and " vector control" , one frequency converter drives one teaction motor which operates within the range of two quadrants, the master and slave centrel system is adopted having power balance function.

3.Various movements are actuated by a programmable controller. Monltorlne. System adopts industrial controlled computer to realize constant power automatic centrel, data recorsing, data display and playback as well as date processing.Various datum and operations can be displayed on a 6 inches colour LCD display screen with Chiness characters. Three kinds of centrel manners are provided with the machine to tealize the control tbr the middle of the machine, front & rear end of the machine and remote centrol for the machine separatelv.

4.The main componente of water and hydraulic system are located in multi-way block to reduce works for pipe connection and service.

5.Big principle unit, such as left and right ranging arms and thcir motors: left and right traction boxes and their motors; external traction devices and lifineg jacks can be all excheangeable each other.

6.The key parte and components adopt foreign imported parts, such as freqluency converter, high voltaee isolator, vacuum contact, bearing, tilting pumps PLC progerammable controller, industrial control computer, displays, electro signal sensor, measuring meters, vales, cables and inserts to ensure high reliability of the machines.

7.Cutting drums with Hexbore Tboling System made by Taiyuan Mining Machinery Group( TMMG) and Hydra are used to extend the life of drum and sprays fitted on the toolholders can reduce the dust and dilute gas underground effectivelv, thus improving, the condition of working face.

8.The machine is equipped with various display units for gas detection, power off drum mining height dint and on-off switch to connect with conveyor.
